Shared vs. local blocks
A block is a reusable chunk of proposal content (a section, table, boilerplate paragraph, etc.).
| Local blocks | Shared blocks | |
|---|---|---|
| Stored | On this device / your account | In your team’s shared library |
| Edited by | You | Anyone with library access |
| Visible to | You only | The whole team |
| Good for | Drafts, personal snippets | Approved boilerplate, standard sections |
Local blocks can be promoted to shared, and a shared block can be cloned into a local copy for one-off edits.
